Recently renovated, clean rooms. Comfortable and tastefully decorated. Pool and dock fishing enjoyable. Great location with quiet surroundings. Kids loved kayaking. Nice breakfast. Fair pricing. Comfortable beds.

Misunderstanding with pet fee.

A recent visit to a Florida Keys resort was a hit! Close to top spots like beaches, parks, and water activities. So many things to do nearby! The room was cozy with a great view. Loved exploring all the local attractions. The staff made our stay stress-free. Highly recommend for a laid-back vacation. Bonus: I brought home some delicious Key Lime treats! i recently stayed at coconut cay resort and it was a very good stay for your money. the room was recently updated and clean, and the location was good for exploring the keys. the turtle building we stayed in was very charming, with a nice seating area in front of our room with a view of the docks. the staff was very pleasant, and the use of bikes, kayaks, and fish poles were included in the price. i also appreciated having good cable to watch something at night before bed.

The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was special overall. Loved my double room with the bathroom and a nice terrace plus comfortable bed. I had brilliant food for breakfast with healthy options which I loved. The staff was nice from my arrival up until I left.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Nice area, marvellous location, just off pennekamp coral reef and several restaurants: Brutus Seafood, Wooden Spoon, Herbie's and eateries in the area. Gorgeous views of the ocean from impeccably clean rooms.

Excellent location, understanding staff, glorious views of the ocean. Impeccably clean room with clean bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows. A mini refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and a kitchen area — very useful.

Breakfast cold.

The views from Coconut Cay Resort were breathtaking, especially the canal view and the airport next door. It was fascinating to watch the planes take off and land while relaxing by the pool. The onsite tiki bar provided a delightful atmosphere to unwind and enjoy a cocktail, creating a perfect tropical vacation vibe. The complimentary bikes were a pleasant surprise and allowed for exploration of the surrounding area.

The air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy, disrupting the peaceful ambiance.

The breakfast was sensational and great with yogurt, muffin plus an orange, and had all you need.

There was no fresh fruit which we expected.

The staff were super friendly, making us feel at home. They went above and beyond to assist us. the modern and clean rooms had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 💖

Cute, clean place, worth its 3 stars. Awesome, great location in Marathon, next to a Sports Bar which had a good choice of beers and the food was excellent, and near gas stations.

It was in a very central setting to Stout's restaurant. Loved our king room with the microwave, a ceiling fan, as for instance.

We greatly enjoyed bright room with a kitchen and very kind and amazingly great staff.

Had cold breakfast, it might be better.

We had a memorable stay for a family vacation.

Enjoyed the free kayaks and SUPs at Coconut Cay Resort. Convenient location with clean rooms and great amenities. Noise from neighbors and thin walls, but solid breakfast options with gas grills for guests. Bang for your buck experience with fun activities for all. Fabulous stay!
